For paneer(chenna):

  • Full cream milk – 1 liter
  • Lemon juice or vinegar – 2 tablespoons (dissolve in water)

For syrup:

  • Sugar – 1.5 cups
  • Water – 4 cups
  • Cardamom (optional) – 2–3

Step 1. Prepare the paneer (chhena):

  • Boil the milk in a deep pan.
