- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 2 (finely chopped or paste)
- Tomatoes – 2 (puree or chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Water – 1 cup (or as required)
Spices:
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri methi – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Main Ingredients:
- Paneer / Boiled potatoes / Boiled eggs / Chicken – 250 gms (as per your choice)
