Ingredients for Puri and Sabzi

Ingredients for Puri:

  1. Wheat flour | 2 cups
  2. Salt | 1/2 tsp
  3. Oil | 1 tsp
  4. Water | as required
  5. Oil for frying | Sufficient quantity

Ingredients for Aloo ki Sabzi:

  1. Potatoes (boiled) | 4 medium 
  2. Oil | 2 tbsp 
  3. Cumin seeds | 1/2 tsp 
  4. Asafoetida | 1 pinch 
  5. Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp 
  6. Coriander powder | 1 tsp 
  7. Red chilli powder | 1/2 tsp 
  8. Ginger-garlic paste | 1 tsp 
  9. Tomatoes (finely chopped) | 2 medium 
  10. Salt | to taste 
  11. Water | 1 cup 
  12. Coriander leaves | for garnishing 

Puri Sabzi recipe (Step-by-Step Method)

Step 1: Making dough for Puri

  1. Mix flour, salt and 1 tsp oil in a bowl.
  2. Add water slowly and prepare a stiff dough.
  3. Keep the dough covered for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Making Aloo ki Sabzi

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida in it.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
