- Ginger-garlic paste | 1 tsp
- Tomatoes (finely chopped) | 2 medium
- Salt | to taste
- Water | 1 cup
- Coriander leaves | for garnishing

Step 1: Making dough for Puri
- Mix flour, salt and 1 tsp oil in a bowl.
- Add water slowly and prepare a stiff dough.
- Keep the dough covered for 15 minutes.
