Ingredients of Poha Recipe

For pizza base:

  • Poha (chiura) | 2 cups 
  • Oil | 2 tbsp 
  • Mustard seeds | 1 tsp 
  • Curry leaves | 8–10 leaves 
  • Onion (finely chopped) | 1 medium 
  • Green chilli (finely chopped) | 1–2 
  • Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp 
  • Salt | to taste 
  • Lemon juice | 1 tbsp 
  • Coriander leaves | for garnishing 
  • Peanuts | 2 tbsp (optional) 
  • Sugar (optional) | 1 tsp 

Poha Recipe – Step by Step Method
