  • Paneer – 400 gms (cut into cubes)
  • Dahi (Hung Curd) – 1 cup
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
  • Gram Flour – 2 tbsp (roasted)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum (Red, Green, Yellow) – 1 cup (cut into cubes)
  • Onion – 1 large (cut into petals)
