- Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
- Tomatoes – 2 (puree or grated)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- Green Chilli – 1 (chopped)
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Water – 1 cup (or as required)
- Coriander leaves – for garnishing

- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri methi – 1/2 tsp (optional)

Step 1: Boiling and preparing the eggs
- Boil the eggs, cool and peel them.
- If you want, make a slight cutting in the eggs so that the spices go inside.
