- Oil – 3-4 tablespoons

- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – according to taste
- Kasuri methi – 1 tsp (crushed)

- Finely slice 2 onions, and cut the other 2 into big pieces (separate the pieces into two layers).
- Keep tomato puree and curd ready.
