Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour – 1.5 cups
  • Baking powder – 1.5 tsp
  • Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  • Curd – 1 cup (fresh)
  • Sugar – 3/4 cup (powdered)
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Refined oil/butter – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 1/2 cup (as required)

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
