Ingredients:
- Murmura (Puffed Rice) – 2 cups
- Boiled Potato – 1 (chopped)
- Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
- Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
- Green Chillies – 1 (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Roasted Peanuts – 2 tbsp
- Sev – 1/4 cup (for topping)
- Green chutney – 2 tbsp
- Sweet tamarind chutney – 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
- Black salt – to taste
- Salt – to taste

Step 1: Chop all the ingredients
- Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chilli, boiled potato and coriander leaves.
Step 2: Do the mixing
- Take puffed rice in a large bowl.
- Add boiled potato, onion, tomato, peanuts and green chilli to it.
- Add green chutney and sweet chutney.
Step 3: Add chatpata masala
- Now add chaat masala, salt, black salt and lemon juice to it.
- Mix well so that every puffed rice gets coated with chutney and masala.
Step 4: Serve immediately
- Add sev and coriander leaves on top.
- Serve immediately in a paper cone or plate, else the puffed rice will turn soggy.
