Ingredients:

  • Murmura (Puffed Rice) – 2 cups
  • Boiled Potato – 1 (chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green Chillies – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Roasted Peanuts – 2 tbsp
  • Sev – 1/4 cup (for topping)
  • Green chutney – 2 tbsp
  • Sweet tamarind chutney – 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt – to taste
  • Salt – to taste

Step 1: Chop all the ingredients

  • Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chilli, boiled potato and coriander leaves.

Step 2: Do the mixing

  • Take puffed rice in a large bowl.
  • Add boiled potato, onion, tomato, peanuts and green chilli to it.
  • Add green chutney and sweet chutney.

Step 3: Add chatpata masala

  • Now add chaat masala, salt, black salt and lemon juice to it.
  • Mix well so that every puffed rice gets coated with chutney and masala.

Step 4: Serve immediately

  • Add sev and coriander leaves on top.
  • Serve immediately in a paper cone or plate, else the puffed rice will turn soggy.
