  • Capsicum – 2 (thinly sliced)
  • Onion – 1 (optional, finely chopped)
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Dry Mango Powder / Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp spoon
  • Coriander leaves – for garnishing
