- Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp

- Bread slices – 4
- Boiled potato – 1 medium (mashed)
- Processed cheese or cheese slices – 2–3
- Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
- Salt – according to taste
- Chat masala – 1/4 tsp
- Butter / ghee – 1 tsp (optional)
For frying:
- Oil – for deep frying
