- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

- Salt – according to taste

1. Cleaning Cauliflower and Potatoes:
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into minced meat.

- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and portfolio.

- When potatoes and carrots are cooked and water dries up, add garam masala and green coriander.
